My name is Taliya Meyswara and I'm an undergraduate Informatics student from Dian Nuswantoro University. I have a deep passion for technology and learning. I'm currently exploring web and development. Although I'm exploring web development, I'm open to learn other things too.

Web Development Coordinator at DNCC

Dian Nuswantoro Computer Club (DNCC) is one of the Student Activity Units (UKM) at Dian Nuswantoro University Semarang which focuses on the field of computer science.

My work mostly consists of:

  • Contributed to building and maintaining the organization's website, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Coordinated and managed web projects, overseeing task assignments to ensure timely and structured completion according to initial plans.
  • Supported team members by sharing knowledge and expertise, ensuring they effectively handled their responsibilities and overcame any challenges.

Website Training Mentor in BTNG 2023

BTNG (Basic Training for the Next Generation) 2023 is a training event for DNCC members with training categories according to the member division's choice.

On this event, as part of the Web Development Team, I was taught a cohort of over 100 participants the fundamentals of Web Development over the course of one month, with hands-on practice in designing and building landing page websites.

I was also responsible to build the registration website for BTNG.

Code Editor

I'm using Visual Code Studio, It's great for general text editing, nice and fast, for markup files, HTML/CSS, all sorts of things where Visual Studio is overkill. And has an extensive selection of community developed plugins, quick to find, install, test, and remove if needed. Very handy git support built-in, especially useful with working on multiple git repositories within a workspace. It's an essential tool, it's replaced sublime text, notepad++, etc. all of which were good general purpose editors I used to use.


Hobbies

There are my hobbies, which I love to do:
I love to listen to music and dance (My voice isn't great, but I enjoy singing). There's probably not a day that goes by without me listening to music.


Song

I listen to all types of songs but it always depends on my mood. If I'm super excited or in a motivated stage then I would listen to high energetic songs. If I'm depressed then I would listen slow songs. I listen to kpop most but I also listen to a lot of classical music, pop and indie.


Colors

I've always had this attraction to the color yellow and how bright, rememberable, and eye catching it was. The color of happiness, wisdom and imagination, Yellow is chosen by the mentally adventurous, searching for novelty and self-fulfillment. Yellow usually goes with a sunny and shrewd personality, with a good business head and a strong sense of humor. It is the color of intellectualism and all things to do with the mind. Yellow folks are usually clear and precise thinkers who have a good opinion of their own mental capacities and who have lofty ideals. They may at times tend to shun responsibility, preferring freedom of thought and action.
